App Usage

Whirlometer enables the user to measure turntable RPM using a camera, magnetometer, or microphone recording. The recording is stored on the user's iOS device in a temporary directory, and is deleted by Whirlometer when the user is done measuring RPM.

Whirlometer does not catalog or transmit the camera or magnetometer recording. Audio analysis will generate and transmit a signature (audio fingerprint) of the microphone recording using the ShazamKit API.
